Executive Bios

Jim Duckett, Managing Partner
Jim co-founded Net Fusion Corporation with the goal of building a focused Professional Services firm to help organizations leverage the significant investments they have made within technology and personnel.  Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in building and operating businesses in technology and professional services environments.

Jim has leveraged his knowledge and experience to successfully grow multiple technology and services companies through management, sales, and business development efforts.  With a focus on Business Development at Cyclone Commerce, Jim developed strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies such as Compaq, and Intel, helping to increase the market share and adoption of Cyclone Commerce Software.  Prior to Cyclone Commerce, Jim was the president and COO of NetPhaz, dba USWeb/CKS of Arizona where he grew the company from a start-up to an industry leader in the web consulting and application development space within the Southwest.

Jim has overall responsibility for setting the direction of the company, profitability, customer satisfaction, growth, and establishing a culture that delivers extreme excellence in all aspects of the business.

Christopher Duden, Senior Partner
Christopher is the technology visionary for Net Fusion Services and plays a critical role in developing corporate strategy.  He is also responsible for helping to position Net Fusion Corporation as the premiere service provider for services around Microsoft Technologies.  With Masters level knowledge of enterprise technologies and .NET, he brings a unique focus to creating technological solutions for corporations.  Christopher has more than 15 years of leadership experience, planning, developing, and delivering leading edge technology solutions.

Most recently he was the Principal Architect for Client Services at InfoImage in Phoenix Arizona, an Enterprise Portal Software Company.  At InfoImage he not only functioned as the Principal Architect but as a technology advocate, helping to steer the direction of the company's product.

Prior to InfoImage, Christopher held various positions spanning from his time working in the technology industry while studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems to serving as the Principal Architect for Global Web Services at Baker & McKenzie IEO, one of America's largest law firms, with 64 offices globally.

Tim Medora, Senior Partner
Tim is responsible for driving revenue as head of the sales organization and also leads an award-winning marketing team.

Tim joined Net Fusion to help drive business and technical decisions at an executive level. He brings with him extensive experience in enterprise software design and development management, with a unique focus on end user experience and usability.

This experience has lead to strong relationships with clients and partners, giving Tim the ability to generate revenue for Net Fusion through technology direction and positioning.

Prior to Net Fusion, Tim served as a technical and creative lead for various organizations. Most recently, he served as a software architect for InfoImage in Phoenix, AZ helping to implement an early adoption strategy for Microsoft .Net technologies.
